Add icon settings to Info.plist for CI builds (v0.0.11)

The exportArchive step in GitHub Actions doesn't merge asset catalog
info into Info.plist, so we need to explicitly specify:
- CFBundleIconFile = AppIcon
- CFBundleIconName = AppIcon

Xcode will still compile AppIcon.icon to AppIcon.icns during build,
and these settings tell macOS where to find the icon.
