Run At Startup always selected in Settings

Run At Startup always selected in Settings: deselecting it and restarting the application reverts it to on.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Disable Run At Startup
3. Close and reopen DS4Windows
4. See Run At Startup is enabled again
