Interactions API are not working with Agent Platform API

Hello,
Currently is not possible to use Agent Platform API (ex Vertex AI API) with interactions API in genai python library.

• Interactions API's through REST API are working with Agent Platform API service.
• Interactions API's trough Genai python library are working with Gemini API Keys.

I don't know why interactions API are not working with Agent Platform API.

Using the Agent Platform API is the only way to define localization.

The request is to enable interactions API with Agent Platform API (ex Vertex AI), and be able to define the localization (according to the available models per localization).
