Subject: [PATCH] Regenerate wwwbasic.mjs after the SLEEP fix

tools/to_mjs.js makes wwwbasic.mjs from wwwbasic.js, and the module was
not regenerated after the SLEEP fix (9086770): in the module, SLEEP still
took its own keyword as its argument, so any program that used SLEEP
stopped with an error when run from wwwbasic.mjs.
