Subject: [PATCH] chore(renovate): extend gitify-app/renovate-config

The organization shared preset moved from gitify-app/.github to the
dedicated gitify-app/renovate-config repository (Renovate's shared-preset
convention). Point extends and the reusable validator workflow at the new home.
