chore(renovate): open the Vite+ group only on one matching release

The Vite+ toolchain and the Vitest packages share an exact version, so a
partial group update fails the resolver guard and the browser runner. Apply
the release-age wait to every group member and only open the group once all
of them are eligible, mirroring the playwright rule.
