Spec Kit included in AgentManager's tool catalog

Hi Spec Kit maintainers — I've added Spec Kit to AgentManager, an open-source CLI/TUI for discovering, installing and updating agent tools.

GitHub specification and workflow CLI for AI coding agent projects. The catalog entry uses ID spec-kit, links back to this repository, and supports uv installation. The official PyPI package is specify-cli and its executable is specify. Requires Python 3.11+. Run specify init separately to choose an integration and add project files. Optional extensions and presets are separate choices.

The addition is merged in PR #68 and available in catalog 1.0.83. Users can run:

agentmgr catalog refresh --force
agentmgr catalog show spec-kit
