Adding a new repo during beta period

I've been accepted to the beta program. I've created a new repo under our organization specifically so that we can experiment with the feature and tooling without screwing up our primary actual repo, but stacks are not enabled(1). As a member of the beta program, is there a switch somewhere that enables stacks on the repo, or do we require intervention from github to do this?

(1) I say that they're not enabled because this happens:
