Prefixed and numbered PRs

I was sad to see the stack prefix and numbered features disappear in the latest release. Any reason?

Branch name prefixes removed: The stack branch-name prefix and the coupled --numbered naming (and the -p/--prefix and -n/--numbered flags on init) are gone — branch names are now used exactly as given, so gh stack add refactor/foo creates refactor/foo with nothing prepended. Auto-generated names (from -m with no name) now use an MM-DD-slug form. Old stack files carrying prefix/numbered keys still load; the fields are ignored and dropped on the next save.

Also, not specifying a name but a message doesn't work (at least not if there are no changes):

$ gs add -m "ST-1000: do stuff"
✗ nothing to commit; stage changes first or use -A/-u
