Currently the sf agent publish authoring-bundle command does not allow us to deploy an agent from anything other than the default directory. If agent is for testing purposes against agent actions or others we cannot deploy it if the bundle is in an unpackaged or similar directory. We have to move the bundle back and forth amongst directories to deploy.
