Completion rule

Close only after Graft runs read-only analysis and basis-bound validated patch application from real Edict source through Echo's durable request and settlement boundary, with no production fake, native Graft callback, handwritten package, or normal git-warp path.

The native blocked by edge is maintained through GraphQL.

Unblocking. The dependency was #11, which closed when #24 merged as f435b5e7b29d08ffdc3d9862e4ea1e27cf473869.

Both external-effect verticals are now proven against pinned producers under CI: bounded workspace observation (#10) and basis-bound validated patch application (#11).

Note on sequencing, since this issue is the Roadmap B tracker: the Graft side does not queue behind a single item. flyingrobots/graft#228 depends on #10, which closed on 2026-07-30, and its RED is already committed. Only flyingrobots/graft#237, the validated-write feature, depended on #11.

Still open against this milestone: #26, which is a closure condition for graft#228 rather than a blocker on starting it.
