Push a new release to fix build for Lyrical and Rolling

The current version [2.0.1](https://github.com/fkie/async_web_server_cpp/commit/9c0e4e0e4470b7bb1ac2a818bc69f6ee715e9849) fails to build on Lyrical and Rolling (after transition to Ubuntu Resolute) due to Boost library incompabilities. #8 fixes this issue but was never released.
