Subject: [PATCH] ci: remove merge_group and cron for CodeQL job

`main` CI shows errors due to CodeQL job result upload targeting PR no
longer existing.
CodeQL job is not mandatory, since it's already covered in the PR
pipeline.
`cron` was never needed, since job is triggered on every PR.
