Make the Download page agree with the repository (#153)
A confirmation round of cold installs found the docs guide now matches reality
exactly -- one tester predicted the PostgreSQL 16 outcome from the page and hit
it verbatim, including the literal `has no installation candidate` error, and
another installed on four distributions without guessing a single value. The
remaining gap is that /packages, the page people actually land on, disagreed
with the guide.
Its catalog omitted PostgreSQL 16 on Ubuntu 24.04 and RHEL 9 entirely, listing
16 only under the extension-only distributions. That reads as ""PostgreSQL 16 is
not available on Ubuntu 24.04"", when in fact `postgresql-16-documentdb`
installs there quite happily -- as the extension alone, at 0.114 rather than
0.116. A reader of only that page would conclude they had to leave Ubuntu 24.04
to use PostgreSQL 16. Add the rows, add a version-served column so the 0.114 and
0.116 tiers are visible at a glance, and carry the no-`documentdb-16` warning
onto the page instead of leaving it in the guide.
The catalog also named only the `deb13` repository component, so a terminal
user who never reached the guide had no way to know the component for their
distribution and no JavaScript to generate it. Each row now carries its
component, and the footnote links to the guide for the full commands.
