Add ensemble support

Currently, sunflow only supports a single ensemble member. 
The code should be updated to support multiple, with suitable choices for noise if more than one ensemble member is chosen. 

This should revert this PR enforcing a single ensemble member: https://github.com/dmidk/sunflow/pull/13/
