Windows installer build breaks drag-and-drop functionality

Describe the bug (mandatory)
Drag and drop does not work on the new pre-built windows binary (v7.1, used Installer-7.1.exe). It works fine when running the jar in Java, at least with OpenJDK 21 for me.

Information about environment (mandatory):

• OS: Windows 11
• Java version [run 'java -version']: N/A, works fine with OpenJDK 21

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open ns-usbloader
2. Try dragging an NSP onto the frame
3. On windows 11 there is a red circle with a bar through it, and releasing does nothing

Expected behavior
Drag-drop should work, probably
