Our pipline is unable to deploy our application because deployer.org is down.

curl: (28) Failed to connect to deployer.org port 443 after 133301 ms: Connection timed out

Steps to reproduce

Start a deployer job on GitHub with deployphp/action@v1

or execute curl -L https://deployer.org/manifest.json

deployer.org times out for me too. deployphp/action downloads from it only when it finds no local binary.

Workaround:

• composer require --dev deployer/deployer:6.9.0 - installs from Packagist, gives vendor/bin/dep
• Run composer install before the action. It then uses vendor/bin/dep and skips deployer.org.
