@andygrove recently made a new datafuson-java repo in the main apache organization here:

This may be confusing to have both https://github.com/apache/datafusion-java and this repo in datafusion-contrib https://github.com/datafusion-contrib/datafusion-java

Since this repo seems somewhat stale I suggest we mark it as read only and direct people to the apache repo now

Thanks for the notification @alamb. I'm no longer using this library so archiving it would be OK by me.
