Filename standardisation and submissions zip

• Standardise filenames to Task <task_number> - <submission_name> - <minutes>m<seconds>s<milliseconds>.rkg
  • e.g. Task 1 - DashQC - 1m54s925.rkg
  • Ghost time is a quality-of-life addition to the filename to help find the run in the ghost menu
  • Other competitions could add whatever information they wish to the end, such as submission time or miscellaneous notes
• Compress them into a .zip file with the name Task <task_number> Submissions.zip
• This zip is uploaded when $get-submissions is used

idea Is:

• save all of the .rkgs (iirc currently we only save the discord URL attachment of the rkg, we would need to save the whole file now) on a separate folder with something like shutil
• Simply zip all of them and send a message with It (zipfile package)
  then ofc stuff like removing previous files (or the whole folder directly i guess)
