<p>Guy Davidson running these as convener now. For anyone keeping score, the dormant list is worth a glance:</p>

<blockquote>SGs 2, 3, 5, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 21 are currently dormant and handled in the main subgroups.</blockquote>

<p>SG21 going dormant makes sense - contracts landed in C++26, remaining work lives in CWG/LWG. SG2 (Modules) being dormant is more interesting. Modules shipped in C++20 but the tooling story is still rough. "Handled in the main subgroups" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there.</p>
