Extract unity cloud-build failure reason

The action should detect this when checking status
2022-11-18 16:43:46,713 CRITICAL - Build 18 on project XXX on target YYYY failed with status: canceled
Then output it as a result variable in GITHUB_OUTPUT.

Same for when http communication times-out

• Http timeout
• Cancelled builds
• Failed builds
• Successfull builds

Additionally on failed; can we regex the logs to get a build-error (needs #4 )
