Comply with the DOAJ

Some information are missing in the website that prevent to apply for the DOAJ. We essentially need to complete the Open Access Section

• The journal website must display its open access statement (clearly state that we adhere to DOAJ’s definition of open access) Done in https://computo-journal.org/site/about.html#diamond-open-access
• License(s) permitted by the journal? we must clearly state that the contribution are published under CC-BY. What about the code ? MIT / GPL ? done in https://computo-journal.org/site/about.html#content-published-under-cc-by-license
• For all the licenses you have indicated above, do authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions? We must clearly state this point; Done in https://computo-journal.org/site/about.html#content-published-under-cc-by-license
• DOAJ only accepts peer-reviewed journals. Which type(s) of peer review does this journal use? We are Post-publication peer review and must state it clearly. Should be clear now in https://computo-journal.org/site/about.html#open-reviews
• Long-term preservation service(s) where the journal is currently archived? we must clearly state that the publication are archived on software heritage. See https://computo-journal.org/site/about.html#medium--to-long-term-preservation

Should be fix in PR #49, at least enough to apply to DOAJ.
