- Fix the commandless-service-config test: its GitHub workflow fixture
lacked a name: containing "test", so DeriveFormula extracted no command
and resolveTestFormula returned ok=false (would fail the new CI go test).
- boundedTestLogMessage: back the head off only to the nearest rune
boundary instead of revalidating the whole prefix, so an invalid UTF-8
byte in native diagnostics no longer collapses the head and drops the
classification header.
- Build the default-runner proto response once and reuse it for the log
line and return value.
- Migrate off deprecated proto fields: render coverage from the structured
TestCoverage.total_pct; use maps.Copy in overlayStringMap. The remaining
deprecated Status write is the sole error carrier from core's TestError
and is documented in place.
