build(deps): pin core to the released v0.6.0 (#75)
Produced by `codefly agent deps --pin v0.6.0`; every lock the agent owns
moves from a core pseudo-version to the published tag, tidied and with the
standalone build verified by the tool.
v0.6.0 is a breaking core release (the NATIVE runnable facility,
RunnableHostTarget, RunnableCompletion and RunnableLogs are deleted;
RunnableArtifact.NATIVE is renamed to ARCHIVE). This tree references none
of that surface, so the repin is mechanical.
