chore(deps): core at 5cb3664, so large configuration reaches the service by file (#72)

Core 5cb3664 (codefly-dev/core#673, #674) delivers a configuration value
above 32 KiB as a file, whose path the environment carries, instead of an
environment string Linux caps at 128 KiB. The native and Nix runners write
it 0600 for the process's own user. The Docker runner copies it into the
container, owned by the container's user. The Kubernetes render mounts it
from a ConfigMap (0444), or a Secret (0440 with the pod's fsGroup), and
refuses an inline environment the kubelet could not start. Services read it
through the SDK unchanged.

Pinned with `codefly agent deps --pin v0.5.11-0.20260927172045-5cb3664340b9` (every lock the agent owns,
standalone build verified).
