chore: package with codefly.dev/go 0.0.68 (#87)

The source packager pinned in agent.codefly.yaml (go 0.0.54) runs the
linux/amd64 cross build inside goreleaser-cross with GOTOOLCHAIN=local,
so the image's Go 1.27.0 refuses the go 1.27.2 directive core v0.17.0
lifts into this module. go 0.0.64+ resolves the host toolchain for the
cross build; 0.0.68 is the release on core v0.17.0.
