Subject: [PATCH] feat(chat): hint "Reply" while the composer is replying

The composer's hint read "Message" in every state, so a reply that was
started from a swipe or a long press looked like a new message once the
keyboard covered the reply strip.

The hint now reads the same `state.replyingTo` that gates the strip, so
both appear and clear on one state change. Both hints move to string
resources in `:apps:flipcash:core` alongside the other chat strings.
