Subject: [PATCH] lib/dmod: Dmod_SyncCode (choco-technologies/dmod#325)

The loader now calls Dmod_SyncCode() once a module is in place, which the
Cortex-M7 cache support (#113) implements: without it a module loaded
where another one was could run stale instructions from the I-cache.
