更新各國首都 (#53)
新增各國首都，參考資料：外交部《世界各國名稱一覽表》 https://multilingual.mofa.gov.tw/web/web_UTF-8/almanac/almanac2010/6.14.pdf
排除首都跟國名一樣的城市，例如瓜地馬拉市
新增以下詞彙：
