Hi James, first of all, thank you for this great reference on Plutus. It has been by far the most useful content for learning Plutus practically.
For my dev environment for Plutus, I replicate the setup you have on this repo (with plutus-apps). It works great, but it's getting old now. That plutus-apps version still uses the cardano-wallet from 2022 compatible with node 1.35.3.
Do you have any plans or ideas on moving this repo to a newer setup? Or more generally, if you were to write Plutus contracts right now, would you use this environment setup or something else?
