When I debug webview during development, I get the error "CapacitorSQLite". Plugin is not implemented on Android。I am using the command 'ionic cap run android - l -- external' to start, with Capacitor.DEBUG set to false. But I can use 'npx cap run Android' to start it without any problem and get Capacity DEBUG is true
