+- Fix copied attachments throwing `not_scanned` error when opened. After `newDraft` inserts copied records via the draft service, a follow-up persistence update now writes `status = 'Clean'` and `scannedAt` directly to the draft table, bypassing `@readonly` enforcement that was stripping these fields and causing HANA to apply the default `Unscanned` status.
