tag completion not completing some tags

There are issues with tag completion, it looks like someone has fiddled with the lists so that they do not rely on usage. For example it does not complete “vehicle” as an access key, although it has half a million uses, but it suggests taxi_vehicle which is an unusual tag and only has 2500 uses. https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/taxi_vehicle

It also doesn’t like “parking:left:restriction” and parking:right:restriction, I have to type the whole key every time I use it, but then it knows the values and suggests either “no_parking” or no_stopping. Why doesn’t it complete the key if it knows its values?
