Raised crossings should be traffic_calming=table, not traffic_calming=yes

That's how iD tags them (GoMap taggings show up as "yes" rather than Yes (without quotation marks) under "Raised" there) and what OSMOSE expects, and "raised" seems to almost always reflect only the 'table' traffic_calming value listed on the wiki.
