[Bug]: FluentTyper no more working in Intercom after the latest update of intercom

What happened?

FluentTyper was working correctly in the Intercom web app (Chrome, macOS) until July 22, 2026. Since Intercom released an update on that date, FluentTyper no longer functions on Intercom's site — no suggestions, autocomplete, or spell check appear in the reply composer. The extension continues to work normally on all other websites, indicating the issue is isolated to Intercom specifically, likely due to changes in their composer's DOM structure or text-input handling introduced in that update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Intercom in Chrome on macOS (app.intercom.com or your workspace subdomain).
2. Open any conversation and click into the reply composer.
3. Start typing.
4. Observe that no FluentTyper suggestions/autocomplete appear.
5. Open any other website (e.g., Gmail, a plain text field) and confirm FluentTyper works there as expected.

Expected behavior

FluentTyper should show autocomplete/spell-check suggestions in the Intercom reply composer, as it did prior to July 22, 2026.

Actual behavior

No suggestions appear anywhere in Intercom's composer. Extension is confirmed enabled and working on other sites.

Thanks for the report. To debug and fix this, I need access to a page where I can reproduce the issue.

Could you please provide one of the following?

• temporary access to a test Intercom workspace (please do not post credentials publicly),
• a publicly accessible demo page that uses the same Intercom reply composer, or
• another publicly available site where the same issue can be reproduced.

Without access to a reproducible page, I can’t inspect the updated composer DOM/input behavior or verify a fix.

Same for me. Not working inside Intercom.
