Subject: [PATCH 1/8] Warn about automatic MongoDB 8 migration when changing
 Parse version

Shows a warning and a "Migrate & Save" button when the selected Parse
Server version requires the database to be migrated to MongoDB 8, and the
reason as a tooltip when a version is disabled.

Subject: [PATCH 2/8] Poll the database migration status when changing Parse
 version

The MongoDB 8 migration now runs in background on the server, so the modal
polls its status until it finishes instead of waiting on the request.

AJAX has no timeout, so a status request that never answered kept the modal

Replaces the FormNote bars, made for a single centered line, with notices
following the modal cards style (icon, left aligned text, light border).
The migration warning is hidden while saving, when the progress notice
