Backport the SBOM generation and publication approach to the Celix 2.4.x branch.

Scope

  • Reuse the SBOM generation setup from main
  • Generate an SBOM for a Celix 2.4.x release
  • Publish the SBOM alongside the 2.4.x release artifacts

Expected outcome

  • One Celix 2.4.x release including an SBOM
