Describe the bug
After an unclean restart of Accumulo 4.0 the monitor is unresponsive in that it does not show any data for a while. Suspect this is due to the monitor attempting to scan root and metadata tables and getting stuck until those tables finish log recovery.
Expected behavior
Not sure what the behavior should be. Maybe something could be shown to indicate log recovery is in progress for root and metadata tables? Or maybe only metrics information could still be collected from servers and displayed when the metadata table can not be scanned?
