Enable STM32SerialDriver:

Add Driver in UsbSerialProber.GetDefaultProbeTable()

Bugfix crash (null pointer to GetSupportedDevices()) during adding driver in default probe Table:
moving GetSupportedDevices() from STM32SerialDriver.STM32SerialPort to STM32SerialDriver
