This commit delivers the first two critical documentation files for
Phase 3 (Documentation & Polish).

   - Updated from Phase 1 version to include Phase 2 content
   - Added 8 slash commands documentation
   - Added 4 autonomous agents documentation
   - Enhanced with comprehensive feature list
   - Improved architecture diagrams
   - Added project status tracking (Phase 1 & 2 complete)
   - Professional badges and formatting
   - Preserved mermaid diagram from original
   - Total: 400 lines

2. docs/QUICK_START.md - 5-Minute Setup Guide (NEW)
   - Prerequisites (5 items with installation commands)
   - Installation (3 clear steps)
   - First automated workflow walkthrough
   - Common issues with solutions (7 issues covered)
   - Next steps and pro tips
   - Beginner-friendly language throughout
   - Complete command examples with explanations
   - Total: ~600 lines
