+
+- Implementation lives under plugins/codex-co-engineer/; validation tooling lives under scripts/.
+- Read that plugin's package.json for current test commands; the repository root has no npm package.
+- Preserve durable task receipts, lifecycle boundaries, credential isolation, and provider-specific safeguards.
+- Use the release-gate skill for release qualification; do not launch live provider jobs merely to validate documentation.
+- Keep existing modified release and implementation files intact.
