I am encountering this cryptic error in my repo: https://github.com/kxxt/kconfigwtf/actions/runs/26364998514/job/77607645177.

Getting Pages deployment status...
Error: Deployment failed, try again later.

It always happen after the first successful deployment.

Is this a bug of this action or internal problem with the github pages service?

I switched to "Deploy from a branch" method, which workarounds this issue.

Ok. Now it succeeded.

I also see intermittent deployment failures with the same message. I reran the deploy job step twice and eventually it deployed.

Update: I seem to have fixed my issue by setting concurrency.cancel-in-progress to true.
