Add assessment marker filter doesn't get disabled for published posts

Please give us a description of the issue

When we create a post and publish it, the code snippet to disable the assessment marker doesn't disable the eye icon.

When I create a new post and save it as draft instead of publishing, the eye icon is correctly disabled in the SEO analysis and Readability analysis from the sidebar.

The above case is true when I am on PHP 7.4.1. With PHP 8.0.0, the eye marker is never disabled on the sidebar.
