Use DispatchService instead of OntologyService #10

Currently used: OntologyService and OntologyServiceOWLAPIImpl

Should change to DispatchService or DispatchServiceAsync or something other. Not sure yet. Trial and Error 😄

Keeping modularity should be the important factor.
