[Feature]: Replay Mod

What are you requesting?

Replay mod but in tuff client
could be really helpful for catching hackers, making video thumbnails, and watching things you didn't see
before. overall would just be really awesome to have on the client.

I have no idea why there isn't another issue asking for this feature

This has been requested before in Discord and we always shot it down. The complexity and compatibility issues the Replay Mod has with different GPUs is already a problem, but it could also be used maliciously. Something like this would be great for admins, but it could also be heavily abused by people trying to X-Ray, for example.
