Problem installing in unity 6.3

Trying to install in unity 6.3 is giving this dependency problem, cant find it in the Packager Manager.

Could you confirm that the com.unity.vectorgraphics package is installed in the Package Manager and its version is at least 3.0.0?

I have successfully installed this package on Unity 6.3 with com.unity.vectorgraphics@3.0.0-preview.7

After upgrading to 6.4.it fixed the problem.
