vMenu Causing server thread hitch warning

I have tried everything in the books to get this warning to disappear. it is really effecting my server and even kicking some people. Ive removed all addon cars, clothes, and anything possibly causing this issue and I still can not get it to go away. Please help Thanks!

omg finally i have sat through this past week stopping deleteing and reinstalling my entire server and come to find out it was this i was never having any lag or nothing just this stupid error bugging me
