Generate yaml files themselves and column descriptions

Thanks for sharing this! We have a large repo so i thought I'll give it a try and here are some thoughts of feedback

1. Fiddling with the dotnet and path was a bit tricky but eventually i got it working with dotnet run dotnet run -- --working-directory
2. We have a lot of undocumented models without yml files and creating those is quite time consuming so it would be useful if the tool also created the missing yaml files.
3. Generating column descriptions would also be super valuable since now i'd still go through the yamls and add those.
