I was bitten by this today, exactly as the OP described it. Please fix this... if you're going to hide the collection selection, then it should do the intuitive thing. Else let me see it every time. |

There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
From the main menu select 'Collections', and then choose a Collection other than Personal (for example "Groceries").
Now a default filter for that Collection is set.
If you create a New Task, that Task still ends up in Personal instead of Groceries even though the Groceries Collection was selected.
This can be manually changed, but this is counter intuative + the Collection is also hidden from view behind the "Quick add subtask".
So please make any new entries for the chosen Collection.
