Subject: [PATCH] Release 1.2.2: bump to ed 1.3.3

Move the ed-acp, ed-acp-tui, ed-mcp and ed-acp-testkit dependencies from
1.3.0 to 1.3.3, which carries the watchOS native-tls fix. The reqwest
0.13 and native-tls change from #15 is already on development; this
release ships it with the matching ed crates.
